Cavity and Underbody Protection

Long-lasting protection for vehicle cavities, commercial vehicles, machinery, hydraulic pistons in construction and agricultural machines, pipes, etc. The product can also be applied to underbodies. Thanks to its special wax-based formula, Waxoyl 120-4 Plus forms a durable, permanently elastic protective coating with a self-healing effect. It provides excellent corrosion protection due to the inclusion of corrosion inhibitors. Outstanding penetrating properties ensure effective protection of all cavity surfaces. The product is transparent.

Application Instructions:
Waxoyl 120-4 Plus is applied as an aerosol. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from oil and grease. Rust should be removed mechanically or by sandblasting. The ideal material temperature for application is between 15–25°C. Recommended dry film thickness: 50–80 μm. Skin formation occurs after approx. 105 minutes. The coating is fully dry after approx. 5 hours.

⚠️ Note: Personal protective equipment such as a protective (paint) mask must be worn during application.

A special 360° lance is available for applying the product into closed cavities.
