This product provides long-lasting corrosion protection thanks to its corrosion inhibitors. It is ideal for protecting wheel arches, underbodies, and for filling gaps in the underbody anti-corrosion coating. It features excellent adhesion to all surfaces, including catalytic coatings. With a new formula, the product dries quickly, is resistant to mechanical damage, and is suitable for multi-layer application. Hardwax 21 retains its flexibility at low temperatures and hardens to form a durable, tacky layer. With an appropriate thickness, it protects against stone impacts and reduces interior noise.

Usage Instructions:

Hardwax 21 is applied as an aerosol. The surface should be clean, dry, and free from oil and grease. Remove rust mechanically or by sandblasting. For best results, apply at temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius. The recommended thickness of the dry coating is between 300 and 1000 micrometers. The coating hardens in about 75 minutes, depending on temperature and layer thickness.

Caution: Personal protective equipment such as a dust mask (spray mask) is required during application.
